What data we process and why

• Ticket alerts: your email and preferences, to let you know when tickets go on sale. Legal basis: your consent.
• VIP table requests: name, contact and booking details, to handle your request and pass it on to the venue or its booking agent. Legal basis: your request and your consent.
• Clicks to sellers: we record in aggregate which link is used and from which page, without identifying you, to measure what content works.

Processors and disclosures

The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, which acts as a data processor with appropriate safeguards for international transfers. If you accept affiliate cookies, the Stay22 script is loaded, which processes technical data about your visit (such as the page and clicks on accommodation links) to attribute commissions. VIP table requests are shared with the chosen venue or its booking agent. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

Without your consent, this website does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies: it only stores technical preferences in your browser, such as pausing the 3D animation or your cookie choice.

Affiliate cookies (optional). If you accept them, we load Stay22 to turn accommodation links into affiliate links. Stay22 and accommodation providers (Booking.com, Expedia and others) may use cookies or identifiers to attribute the booking. You can change your choice at any time in “Cookie preferences”, at the bottom of every page.

When you click through to a seller’s website, their own cookies and policies apply.

Retention and rights

We keep the data while your subscription is active or while your request is being handled. You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to hola@ticketsibiza.es, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The Spanish version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
